I’m Kirsten, and my goal is to inspire people to eat more plants. I’m the creative mind behind this course, and my obsession is showing others how easy it is to cook incredibly tasty vegan meals. And I’m eager to bring you delicious recipes and actionable tips for a happy and healthy plant-based life!
The course kicks off on the 3rd of January 2022. We invite everyone to start on the same day so you can become part of something bigger than just your own personal goal and enjoy the support of the whole community. Of course, you can join before or after the course starts and just pick it up where you feel like.
