My name is Julie and I am a freelance writer, photographer and a full-time student of life. I’m passionate about all things well-being; from yoga and meditation, to time in nature and cooking nutritious meals. Curious to find out more about healing the body naturally, I embarked on a Nutritional Therapy course a couple of years ago which I recently completed. Since then I have also done a Mindfulness and Master Herbalist course. I have been a vegetarian for about six years, of which the last two have been predominantly plant-based. Creative at heart, I thrive when I am able to inspire and help others towards a more holistic way of living.
